What is your return, exchange and refund policy?

All sales are final, however, I allow exchanges for up to two weeks after the date I ship your earrings. If your earrings happen to break within the first two weeks after your order is shipped, I will remake them for you, or you can choose another pair free of charge.

How long will it take for me to receive my earrings?

Your earrings will be shipped up to 1 week after ordering, and you will receive your earrings no later than 2 weeks after placing your order.

Will you restock your earrings if they sell out?

I will not typically restock earrings, but I will occasionally restock popular styles. I will have new styles available for purchase each week, and I will work to keep Uniquely Liv updated by removing sold out styles.

How do I take care of my earrings?

Your earrings are handmade out of polymer clay, which is both durable and lightweight. Each pair is connected with durable jump rings. The clay pieces of your earrings are safe to wear in all conditions, however the brass components used on various styles may tarnish with exposure to moisture and natural oils from your skin. Using tarnish remover with a soft cloth will help clean your earrings. The clay pieces allow for some flexibility, but try to avoid bending them if possible. Do not place heavy objects on your earrings. Keep them in the box provided when traveling and for safe storage. Practicing these tips ensures a much smaller chance of your earrings being stained or crushed.
